Our board just voted to stay virtual for the semester, and I feel like all my problems just went away.

Not really, but, you know what I mean.

It is so nice when the universe finally smiles down on you, isn't it? Wishing you the very best!

My school is remote until Dec 1 at least! they are doing building updates.
I don’t think we’ll be back by Dec 1 though.
Remote learning is hard but I prefer it to in person.

Our board did the same on Tuesday. We’re remote until mid-January (end of second quarter). I doubt we’ll be able to go back then either because there will likely be a spike in cases after Christmas, but that’s the date they approved for potential re-entry to a hybrid model.
I almost cried of relief. I’m NOT ready to go back in person and working from home has been so nice.

The district I was at ( I retired) started school in person for the parents who wanted it. It has been ridiculous. They are open for a period of time. Then shut back down for a few days for "deep cleaning" when someone tests positive. A couple of my friends are going crazy. I am so thankful people on this board convinced me to retire!
