This is a little gross...but I need your help!

    Okay, so I had a corn on the bottom of my toe (at least I think thats what it was)! So I got the over the counter dr. sholls corn remover pads...took the pad off today....and the corn is gone....BUT there is a little pin sized hole where the corn used to be?! Is this NORMAL??? The skin around the pad is white (im assuming that there was some kind of irritation....being Im on my feet allll day long! Are these things normal? :help::help:

    Thanks :) :) Should I keep the hole covered up? I guess a band-aid or something???
    Man, I was gonna get a pedicure tomorrow...but Im not so sure with this hole in my foot!! :)
