Werq-it's a new workout class at my gym. It's like Zumba but without the Latin songs. It's also more about exercises like squats than fancy foot movements.
Lifting weights-I started using the coaching offered at my gym. I'm starting to love using the machines and the free weights.

Funny, except for the bags, everything on your list has been found in my kitchen for many years.

My current faves that are all relatively new are dried, unsweetened mango, chia pudding, and parmesan crisps I buy at the organic food store.

I bought a new George Foreman grill that grills, makes grilled sandwiches, and waffles. I've only used it a couple of times, but it's much better than the first generation grill I bought many years ago.

Yep, we all discover or oddly get really into old things at different times! For example, I assume havarti cheese has been around for a long time in the stores. I just always got mozarella, swiss, baby swuss, gouda, cheddar, monterey jack, & provolone. Funny I just recently noticed the new cheese to try.

I know Liebeskind bags have been around for a long time. I just recently realized they have all the characteristics I want in a bag.

English cucumber I learned about on a cook show about 1-2 yrs ago when the chef Jeff Maruo (Sandwich King) said the skin's more easily edible (thinner/less tough) than a regular cucumber.

I think I know what an English cucumber is (Trader Joe's has them I believe), but have you ever had Persian cucumbers? I'll never eat regular cucumbers again. Persians are SO good. they're really small with thin skins. Delicious. Mmmm...

The funny thing is English cucumbers are pretty much the same as Persian cucumbers or Iraqi cucumbers (everyone wants to claim them, kinda like Arabic coffee, Turkish, or Greek coffee are all the same). The English ones are longer, and the other 2 (or 1) kind are smaller. We have them in Hungary, so we could call them Hungarian cucumbers lol. They just somehow taste better, it's hard to describe.

My newest things are (for the past year or so)
    - goat cheese (my weakness)
    - smoked Gouda cheese
    - Parmesan cheese (tastes very differently than grated)
    - skinny or light Margarita mix. 10 calories instead of 120 for every 4 ounces, a huge difference when you're making a drink and counting your calories.
    - frozen fruits and vegetables. I always thought fresh is best, but I've read somewhere that to freeze the produce, they have to be picked at their peak, at their ripest, and then freeze, so they're actually better than something that became ripe in a truck from Texas. It makes sense.

I've been really into cheese lately. All kinds. I eat it with salad a lot or with apple slices. I don't even eat cheese with crackers anymore. Extra Sharp cheddar and sliced Gala or Honey Crisp apples have been my after school snack just about every day since October when I started going to a different farmer's market.

Too funny! I've always been a cheese person, but recently tried blueberry goat cheese. SOOOO good! Especially on wheat thins.

I've also deveoped this addiction to putting feta on my salads.

    Other news loves:
-Edamame Hummus (Not new, really, but a continuing love.)
-Eggplant (Broiled or grilled with feta over the top)
-Any clean eating cookbook. I'm in love with trying new recipes.
-Fresh fruit mixed into vanilla greek yogurt

This I loved for a long time:
fat free Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla, chunks of banana, walnuts, flaxseed and honey drizzled over. Some days it's just the yoghurt, flaxseed and honey, yum.

I've recently started designing digital art prints for kids' birthday parties. I truly love it; it's very relaxing for me....and I look forward to getting back into photography. I have let photography go since my baby started walking....it's hard to carry a DSLR around while trying to keep up with an adventurous toddler...lol

Essential oils. I'm not so crunchy that we won't see a doctor, but I do at least try an oil before immediately making an appointment.

Ummm...I've been eating a lot of frozen waffles, bagels, and macaroni and cheese lately...because they're the only things that I can reliably keep down. (14 1/2 weeks, and this morning sickness can go away anytime!) Oh, and Multigrain Cheerios--I nibble them constantly; saltines didn't work for me.

This is cliche but I love my job more than ever before now. I love making wraps for lunch. I love spending time with my daughter as our personalities are so much alike. We like to get out and move around and then talk. I love reading great books of which many have come my way the last year.

Polenta ( I always LOVED grits as a kid...and I am from California, btw!...but when you move to a foreign country you don't always have the same products readily available to you) since I have recently discovered it at a store called "Aladino's".

Our new Food Truck Park here in the city (I have gone twice now).

This American Life (My favorite friend told me about it).

    My new elliptical machine!
