I have an interview tomorrow to be a physical education teacher at an alternative school where the kids have emotional and learning disabilities. The position also includes organizing events (prom, parties, trips, etc.). I need to know more about decorating and creating an environment that is conducive for these kids to learn and feel comfortable. I can't find any information on the internet. HELP!
