I do this every summer. So, here I go again. I need your all's help. I was thinking about a beach theme and my student worker drew some really cute decorations for that, but then I saw a camp out theme on a few web sites and love that. I just can't make up my mind. I'm really leaning toward the camping theme, but her decorations are really cute. My hubby said he'll make a tent and actually bought me some camping deco. I'm stuck. What's your vote?

I've done both. The beach theme is cheaper if that helps sway you because at this time of year you can gets tons of decor items at Dollar Tree, i party, etc. I have an entire page dedicated to all kinds of classroom themes on my blog if you are looking for ideas or phrases to use for bulletin boards. Have fun choosing!

I'm going to do a tropical theme next year... Light blue bulletin board paper, yellow and orange hibiscus border, some leis, some palm trees. I kind of want to go more soothing than bright.

Camping at the beach is pretty awesome :D

Has anyone ever done an Angry Birds theme? I had a couple of boards with that theme and my students' locker nametags as the angry birds and they really loved it.

Teacher Chele: I did a board this year called Angry Verbs as well! It was a blast and the kids loved it. I received many compliments since it was a BB that was in the hallway for all to see! :) I'll peruse Pinterest though!
