Hi- I have just completed my first 3 months as a "real" teacher. And as a TA I never had to write thank you notes to that class parents. I'm not sure how to attack them. Do I over thank them for all they did? I'm just kind of lost and stumped. If anyone has any suggestions I will appreciate it!!

I just include a note with a gift (if im giving one) that ususally is general, thanking them for all that they have done during the year.

When I was the classroom mom I would get a handwritten than you for all that i have done with a small gift - sometimes it was homemade goodies (my favorite) or a candle, plant etc. It felt good to know I was appreciated. Hope this helps.
