I do Mr. and Mrs. Letter, where each week we as a class focus on one letter of the alphabet (Mrs. M, Mr. W, Ms. K, etc). I'll do picture examples accompanied by the word. Then we practice pronunciation.
I go in order but we did revisit Mr. C during Ms. K week.
Here are some resources: http://www.rainbowresources.co.uk/#/letters-sounds/4549552053
Check out the kindergarten a to z teacher stuff pinterest board. Anything that has to do with letter names I also include the letter sounds.
We sang a song/chant and I pointed to the letters as we sang or have a student point. /a/ /a/ /a/ A is for apple. /b/ /b/ /b/ b is for banana. etc. I don't know where I got the song from. I change up the word. Or if they are struggling with vowels I do just the vowels.

We use Jolly Phonics at our school. I was actually very surprised at how well it is working. The kids love doing it and remember the sounds because of the actions. I was lucky and we talked the district into buying the program, but I believe you can pick up the letter cards with actions for fairly cheap.
