What do you think of when you think of teacher leadership? I'm taking a course on teach leadership and even the experts can't agree on one definition. I'd appreciate your input!
There is an interesting article called Teacher leadership and educational change, by Harris and Jones (2019) that shows what teacher leadership can do. It won't let me put in the actual link though!
I completed my M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and have ALL the resources. What do you want to talk about?
For me, my ultimate goal is to help children to learn. In being a teacher leader (I was given the title of Lead Teacher this year), I can expand this by helping teachers to teach. I don't want to leave the classroom to be an administrator full-time because I want to lead by example, modeling what works.
