I have 7, and I am sure I will get at least one more. I absolutely love my tats. Every single one of them is an original piece of artwork. Our best friend is a tattooist and an artist, and he has designed all of mine. I have a "tramp-stamp" style one (I HATE that phrase, as I do not consider myself a tramp)-and it is a variation of a celtic cross. My favorite is my dragon peeking around an apple. The apple symbolizes my career choice, the dragon symbolizes that fiery side of me! My husband also has several arm tattoos. I love each and every one of them as well!
Some of you surprise me that you have tats because I never would have imagined yall having one!
I want one and if I lose weight, I am going to have a tummy tuck and get a tattoo. I would get something that could be covered by clothes because a visible tattoo would not go over well in my school. My daughter has a cute tattoo on her foot but we are forever looking for sandals and schools that will cover it because her college does not like visible tattoos on them when they are doing classroom work (she is majoring in elementary ed).
I think I surprise a lot of people-I am into so many things that my colleagues just cannot picture when they see me! Hence my dragon peeking from behind the apple!
I've been wanting to get a butterfly also, for the same reason! I want mine on the top, outside of my foot. Haven't done it yet, because I worry about it showing at school.
No tattoos for me. But if I did get one it would be on my backside, it would say: "Does this Tattoo make my Backside look too big?"
I work with a gal that has 4 tattoes. She is the mother of two sets of twins (concieved without fertility drugs) and has two sets of tiny foot prints tattoed on the top of each foot (4 children, 4 sets of foot prints). Each little foot is only about 1/2 inch in length. Her left foot has her girl's foot prints, and the right is for the boys. Those are the only tattoes that I have ever seen that I like. But I would not get any tattoes on myself.
