Just got back from Target and found the neatest Dr. Seuss items in the dollar bins!

Items with the following themes: Horton, Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and Red Fish, Blue Fish:
*Bright, colorful little tote bags just right for a book bag center
    *Pencils
*Memo notepad with magnet to hang it

Other items were stickers, erasers, magnets, and small ceral bowls

What fun!! There were also 9X12 white boards, one side primary lined and the other plain. Does anyone know if they would be of good quality or not? :)

I don't know about the boards, but Target's got so much cheap teacher crap now it's hard to resist! I had to make myself walk away. I really like those white rolled-up banners too that the kids can draw on.

Love to Teach, can you explain to me how you manage your book bag center? I am new to fifth grade and not clear on how to implement it. Thanks.
