Last year I never had a list written out for my TA with her duties. I did, however, sit and discuss what her duties would be. She has actually left the school so I will have a different TA. She has been at the school for many years as a TA, but this will be her first year in my class. I am thinking of manking a list with her duties and going over that with her. I just think this will help me to remember all the things I want her to do (and make sure I relay them to her), as well as make it clear to her my expectations. Do you think this is a good idea?
