Today I had the last observation of my teaching career.

The P asked me how it felt to be finished with observations and I had to think a moment. My very first observation was in 1974, so I have been through the process many times.

It was a pleasant, but nostalgic feeling, if that makes sense.

You'll be experiencing lots of "lasts" in the next little while. Enjoy them.

The nostalgic feeling is natural..... Enjoy that. Now start making a list of things you always wanted to do .... but couldn't because you were teaching. Make every day count. Play hard...... :hugs:

Wow... hope that I make it to 40 years teaching one day. Only 35 more years to go.
