Hello! I'm currently looking for a job, and some districts ask for supervisor name, phone number, and email. I feel like I should put my current principal's information since it's on the employment history page, not the reference page, but I do not feel comfortable putting her information in any part of my application. My principal is the reason why more than 10 teachers at my school are not coming back for next year. She is a very negative person and has a history of giving a bad reference to her secretary who did so much for her. I have an instructional specialist who agreed to be my reference. She's seen me in class teaching, and she is one of the school admins. Would it be okay if I put her information? Or should I just put my principal's information and check "No" for "May we contact this employer?"
