I work in a district and summer school opportunities in the district are very competitive. Am I allowed to look for summer school jobs in another district? Has anyone done this? I teach in California. Thanks in advance Sarika
I live in Texas and I have seen employees of other districts work summer school in certain districts. I think it might just be who you know. The person I am thinking about was good friends with the principal at my school but she worked in a different district but was trying to get a job in our district.
I’m not in California, but I do know that I’ve had friends who worked in two different districts in the same summer. One had their program right after school was out for the summer, and the other had their program later in the summer. She worked both.
I don't think there could be an issue - as long as it doesn't interfere with you job, they can't say anything.
I think the same. Or how about working online? The second proposal sounds best to me. I worked online when I was a senior in college. I could work from anywhere and I did well. Sometimes I worked overtime but luckily I found https://domypaper.com/ which helped me to not have any student debt. Now I work at an additional job in the office, but I don't want to look for online work because it's more convenient
