Well, I succumbed again to the temptation of VP. *hangs head in shame* In my defense, this is only my first order of the year. :) I ordered a banner, yard sign, business cards and a bunch of other stuff... I ended up paying just over $20 for shipping but I figure with the size and quality it was WELL WORTH IT compared to what I would spend printing things at home and purchasing the supplies for it. :) Off to create more...

I have finally succumbed. I ordered postcards, big postcards, 3 deluxe business cards. (1 vertical, 1 horizontal and 1 loyalty card) 10 folded notecards, all free, $11.74 shipping. What really added on the cash was the banners - no matter how I tried, they cost about $5-6 added to the shipping. So, no banners for me this time. I am hopeful that I will get an email inviting me to order them with free shipping. (Hey, a girl can hope!) Thanks to all who helped me on the VP order - especially the horizontal, vertical thing.

Once you've created stuff they will start sending you emails that have deals, deals, deals. :D As INteacher said your stuff is stored so you can get it ordered once the emails roll in. :thumb:

When I do a search under postcards with the word kids, the second one up is a pic of 4 kids whose faces and necks are solid colors. That could lend to a "guess who?' type of get-to-know-you activity.

I've never paid more than $10 in shipping. For me, that's a great deal.

Vista Print is a sport. You have to learn how to play the game.

And here I've thought I didn't have an athletic bone in my body... :D

I'm feeling Vistavacious myself today. I have introducinated (yes, that is what I said :) ) VP to my team teacher. She is getting us matching banners!!! (I ordered the other stuff for both of us) AND it is really only the beginning.....I fear.......At least I have the rest of you as champion, Olympic level Vistathletes leading the way in Vistasport with which to make myself feel better. ("At least, I don't order as much as _________ fill in your name here!")

Does anyone have an email they can share from Vista Print so I can make another order? It seems the one's I've received recently are only offering five or six items...

Andrea, seems like they change overnite. I was completing an order I started a few days ago & now the shipping has gone up. I'll have to experiment with an old e-mail offer & see if it'll bring it back down. I'll have to check if I still have any worth using.

Yay! I just got my first banners, and they look great!

Question: How do you hang your banners? I have cement block walls. Any suggestions?

I use the scotch poster squares on my cement block walls to hang my banners. I hung them at the beginning of last school year and they are still up

Thanks Teachling! I'm a little frustrated because that happened to me as well. I have a couple different ones, but they don't have everything I want on them. Plus one of them that says I should be able to get my banner free will not let me.

Aw, man. I just got in a huge order and was ripping into everything like I'm a five year old on Christmas morning...and all of my business cards have half of my design and half of someone else's...Family Man Landscapes, to be exact. I'm calling right now to get it resolved and I hope they can be back in before our open house!
