I'm trying to think of a cute and catchy name to call my suggestion/idea/problem box. It's really just going to be a form of communication for the kids (3rd grade) from them to me.

Any ideas for names? I was thinking "Chat Box" but I'm not really sold on it.

I have a "thought box" in my room. My 5th graders use it mostly to tell on each other when someone is bothering them. I love it, because I don't have to deal with the everyday tattletales I used to. I respond to the problems I need to, but I do tell the kids they may not "see" me deal with it.

I decorated mine with some really cute cow stickers and called it the "Cow-ments" box. The kids love it.

    That's cute!

Mine is just a cute large piggy bank I got from target. I just have it labeled comments- guess I'm not very creative, haha. I didn't want to call it "tattle box" or anything because I wanted kids to feel free to put other suggestions and things in there. Last year I had two girls that would put little notes in there with things like, "thank you for being a nice teacher." SO sweet!

How about something along the lines of a ghostwriter? I am not sure how you would incorporate this, but the kids may like the idea if you explain it to them. Of course they may just flood the box, in which case it would be counter productive.
