    ~first year~

Our lesson plan books have 6 "subject" areas for each day.

I know that science/social studies (we rotate these), math, spelling should go there..but what else??

There are so many components to language arts, that I'm not sure which ones I should choose to specifically write lesson plans for and

~which to include in the gradebook?

    Help!

Do you lump all the LA subjects together on report card grades, or are they separate grades for reading, writing, spelling, etc? If you report one grade, it might make sense to do all the grades together... but if you do them separately, it would make sense (to me, anyway), to do them individually.

    Did that make sense?
