I am looking for a student interest survey from my primary class. Does any one have any ideas?:thanks:
You can buy surveys for career interest and things, but I take it you just want a survey on what sorts of things they're interested in? I would just develop a list of questions. Things like: What subject is your favorite? (list them so they can circle, and leave a blank for fill-in) What subject is your least favorite? What do you like to read for fun? Do you play any sports? What do you like to do best at home? What chores at home do you like best (or hate least)? You know, that sort of thing, just to get a feel for who they are as people. I assume you're not trying to do rigorous scientific research or make widespread conclusions.
Mrs. Jensen has a good template on her website. You could alter it for the younger ones. Or, just think of general things young kids can answer, and will want to share.
