Each week at my school the teachers select one student to be their "Shining Star" for the week. Usually I select which child will be chosen, but I would like to start letting my 2nd grade students have some input as to who they think should be chosen. I would love to hear your suggestions for how I can implement this with maximum anonymity and fairness......
Could you have a suggestion box, with a form like "_________ was a shining star when they _______________________." Then, you could use their suggestions to help you choose?
