Ditto, along with respect for my students and a willingness to meet them where they are.

My ability to build respectful, positive relationships with families, students, and co-workers; my passion for teaching; and my enthusiasm that encourages my students to become excited about school and enjoy learning new skills, concepts, and/or materials.

    Hope that helps a bit:)

A good sense of humor and the ability to see the world through a child's eyes.

Now it's experience and dedication. That gets the job done.

But it's the enjoyment of kids and learning that makes it easy.
