I'm already planning my spots, my gear, and prepping my kayak. Funny thing, there's a whole river filled from shore to shore with ice. I'm not sure when the water temps get up above hypothermia producing levels but I hope it's before mid April. No wet-suit, nor cash to buy one could make me miss the run. Let's hope not. If I miss the season, I'll switch to waterborne photography so no loss of enjoyment. Anyone else ready to get on the water (reasons and purposes not restricted to fishing)?
