I got a letter in the mail today stating which teacher Tanner is going to have, along with a newsletter from the school he will be attending. It just so happens the two girls I take care of during the week are also in his same class as he is, which is nice. It will help them become more comfortable, I think. They have all been together since they were babies. I can't believe he's starting in ONE MONTH!!! I think I'm going to cry. :(

Wow how did he get so OLD! I swear he is only three! haha. Well you will do fine. Just don't cry until after you drive away. Don't let him see you upset.

I am feeling the same way!! My son is starting Sure Start (Like Pre-K for military kiddos) in September, and although it's not quite Kindergarten, he'll still be at the elementary school all day! I'm having a hard time imagining my days without the little monkey here!

My second year as an aide I was standing in the gym with all the new pre-k kids.

EVERYONE WAS CRYING!! The moms, the kids, the teachers!!!

For one moment, I was soooo glad that I was the kdg and 1st grade aide!!! When my kids and their teacher showed up, I lined up the new kindergarters and we rushed out of there! It was hard to believe they were once pre-k kids just, last year!!

Of course, I that was many moons ago...

I am now, Master State Pre-K

I will get crying in three weeks too!

And if it is any consolation...my baby will be 24 in October!!!

Exactly the age I was when I had her...

    sigh!

shouldn't I throw a special birthday party for her...or will I really be considered lame and old fashioned??? :(
