I am looking for examples of standard based report cards for first grade. The few I have found include every single standard we do. I'm thinking we should use the most important ones. Please post any links that could be helpful. Thanks!

My school does every Language Arts and Math standard that is covered in First Grade. They are graded as P (proficient) B (Basic) or L (Limited). They also divide it into monthly sections, and send home a copy every month.

I apologize for lack of a link, I know visuals are more helpful...

    Standard Based

We use standard based report cards. On the card all of the standards are listed on the right side and the standards are graded by the quarter. That is confusing for parents because the grades for the previous quarter grades don't show up.

I think we'll see a lot of report card "makeovers" with the Common Core in the years ahead.
