spruce up a boring pocket chart

    Hi, I don't know if you ALL already do this, but I happened to just think of this while I was staring at my BORING blue EMPTY pocket charts today. I cut a strip of bulletin board border and put one in the top pocket and the bottom one. It made them a little cheerier.
    Just thought I would share.:)

    I've had my pocket chart up for 2 weeks now, (school has already started) and I haven't put one Essential Question sentence strip in it yet! I wrote them on the board because I hadn't bought strips yet. If I put the border in it, at least I'll have something nice to look at! Thanks, (and my friend is going to buy some strips for me tomorrow. I am just too overwhelmed with things to do)
