-How the program is run, since there are so many ways different schools do sped (pull out, full inclusion, pull out and push in, resource study halls, etc.)
-Size of caseload and grade levels
-What interventions you'd be using/how much flexibility do you have
-how your role fits in with gen ed (do you modify work or tests for them? are you responsible for providing all of the accommodations? do you plan together? do you create review lessons based on what the gen ed teachers are teaching, or do you do entirely separate packaged intervention programs)
-what other responsibilities you might have at the school (serving on an RtI team, etc.)

What type of services they offer along the continuum of services?
What they use to show growth (progress monitor)

    I always rely on:

-are there any reservations you have about my fit for this job that i can help clarify

-thinking of a teacher who were outstanding in this position, what about their performance made them so outstanding? (i stumped one committee on this so be careful)
