I just bought a book a friend told me about, "Fun Fitness Training For Kids". It has great, quick easy to do activities for the kids to do in the classroom or outside:thumb::. My second graders love the games or stunts and the 4th grade teacher borrowed the book and has started to do many of the activities.

Sounds great- we need more fitness and movement-oriented activities in school. Studies show kids learn better when they have good levels of physical activity.

    book

Friend told me to buy it through Lulu.com $18.95. It also shows how to do certain exercises for those who really do not know much about exercise. I like how simple and quick I can get the kids doing something.

    found a website

The book's website has a sample game (Sumo) and a few other pages. I actually did the Sumo Wrestler Game in class with my kids and had big laughs  and boy did I feel my legs the next day !
