 Weather guy just said that we could see high-elevation snow tomorrow, with a cold front from the west. (Meaning valley showers, mountain snow.) Montana weather never ceases to amaze me!

That must be the front our weather guy was talking about to bring us much needed rain and actual temps under 96 next week! BRING IT ON!

How do you really deal with snow this early?

NO no no I don't want snow! Tell it to go away. Rain for one day would be nice. But I am enjoying the summer. Last year we had rain all summer. This year has been so nice. Even with the muggy weather.

lol....down in the "valley" it is still mildly warm, so we are not really having to deal with said snow, but it is noce that it gets nice and cool, downright chilly in fact, at night. But, in all actuality, I am one of those strange people that prefers winter to summer, and so I am glad I am living in a place with 9-10 months of winter annually. I do not think I could ever survive in a hot/humid place again. ( I grew up and went to college in Florida)

 I visited a friend a couple of years ago in El PAso...I literally thought I would DIE of the heat. I was a lot heavier then than I am now, which contirbuted to my misery. I guess, once you have acclimated to a place, your body adapts, so if I were to move back to Florida, my body would reacclimate, but I would be miserable during that process. I do not enjoy perspiring, and I definitely do not like the uncomfortable feeling of sweat drenched clothing. yes, I much prefer snow and cold, and comfortable. It all goes back to that saying about when it is cold you can always put more clothing on, when it is hot, you can only take off so much...ya know?

I'm sooooooooooo not ready for winter. I moved here in Feb, so I've never in my life had to deal with a "real" winter. Summer can stay for a long time yet as far as I'm concerned.

I was born and raised in Montana . . . the weather never ceases to amaze me. This entire summer has been so strange! Sure, we've had a few nice days, but not as many as usual! These rainstorms the last few days have been crazy, but I sure have slept good with the windows open! The smell . . . yummmm, there's nothing better! But, I will admit I'm not ready for snow!!! Ready or not . . .

I am so done with summer! I hate the heat so much, that I would rather have it be 20 degrees and snowing, than have it be 85 degrees!
