Has anyone seen in there shopping ventures a small 2-3 shelf bookcase? I want one to go at the end of my desk. However, my desk is 29 inches tall and most that I have found are anywhere from 5-6 inches taller than that. Help!?!?

I wonder if the Staples deal of 30% off is an online only deal or if it's in store also.

Is there any way on their site to find out (like on Walmart) if your local store carries that bookshelf?

My daughter has one that we got at Target. I just measured it....29 inches tall. It came in three colors, light wood, dark wood, and white.

I bought one at WalMart 2 summers ago and it was verrrrry inexpensive. It took me maybe 20-30 minutes to put it together (and that was by myself). I would definitely check there.

Did you know some Walmarts put your furniture together for you? I got tons of furniture for my new apartment when it was on clearance...they asked me if I wanted it put together I asked for how much and they said free!

Oooh that's a good tip!!! Thanks so much!!
I think I just wanted to get out of the madness last time and the shelf wasn't too bad to put together. But next time, I'll have them do it. :)

You can also try some of your local drug stores. We have rite aid, cvs, longs, and walgreens and they all seem to be getting furniture in for dorm room and they are small bookcases. I was at Long's yesterday and they had a set of shelves that came with two fabric bins for $15. I have to wait until pay day but I think I will go back and get these.

I just saw this bookcase in the sneak peek flyer for next week's Staples sale. It will be $14.99. I thought about getting one when this post started - now I def. will!

Thought I'd share the sale find.
