How many of you that have automated sub systems get calls simultaneously? I've had this happen to me a couple of times and I find it so annoying! I always end up missing that second call and once I accidentally hung up on both! It usually happens right at six when they're going through the preferred lists that teachers put in the system and for this district there is no way to call back and find out which jobs are available, so if you miss the call you miss the chance to sub.
Yes, in this district the only way to get jobs is from the phone. I wish that you could look-up jobs on-line, that would make things much easier.
