I have on giant area in the back of the classroom that I covered in fabric. Light green on the outsides, polka dotted green on the inside. I would like each section (there are 3) to have border surrounding it. Bought the border-- do you put two lines of border right next to each other? Or overlap them so that they are not HUGE (double width). I am using the same white border for each section, but one will be for RR, one for WW and one for something I haven't decided yet.

Anal, silly question, but just wondered if anyone had done this before.

    Thanks!

I usually place the borders back to back, it does make them double width, but it looks better that way in my opinion. You might want to use solid color borders though so it doesn't look too busy. ;)

Okay. Thanks for the opinions. The border is scalloped and is plain white so it won't look too busy! =)

I do back to back on contiguous boards. I also do a double border on some of the individual boards, slightly over-lapping 2 colors of scalloped border- it is a nice, colorful, happy look!
