I have always been able to click to the site and am signed in, until now. It's requiring my email and password, so what do I do? I even got some advertising on the site tonight (from Oriental Trading) right in the middle of a discussion.
It might have to do with your cookies (not food). If you check Keep Me Signed In, you should be good again. I don't know what you can do about advertising. Nothing, I suspect.

It's working ok now...haha about the cookies! My year is really not the best with a very naughty bunch of kids and various strange problems with some of them! It's not gonna get me down though. What are you up to these days?
I am tutoring for a cool agency. I wish I had a few more students, but otherwise it is great. I have one 8th grader and one 9th grader. But, this spring I even had a kindergarten student for a while and he was 4 mornings a week. I love the variety and the freedom. It's fun. I'll have lots more students during the winter through April when there is an equestrian season in our county.
I think unless you're signed in, you will see advertising as you scroll through any of the threads. I've experienced this before then realized it was because I wasn't signed in. It sounds like your cookies were cleared somehow, like upsadaisy said. If you have a program on your computer that automatically "cleans" it, it may have cleared your browser history, cookies, and cache. This would require you to sign in again since it no longer remembers your username and password.
