I am 100% addicted to Vista Print! Please show off your creations here to help others get new ideas!

Wow. I am shocked to see that nobody has posted to this thread.
I haven't taken the time to photo everything then upload it to the net. I love the things I've gotten so far...very nice! I'm excited to start using them. Maybe I'll get motivated later...I'm still waiting on 2 more orders. I'll try to photo everything & put it in one place.
What is Vista Print?
Can't wait to see some creations. Now that I know for sure that I will be in kindergarten this year, I want to definitely use Vista Print more!
Vista Pritnt charged some mystery fee to my credit card last year so I don't use them anymore. Be careful when you order from them. It also happened to my friend.
When you're ordering there's a box that is automatically "checked" right before you check out. It is to sign up for a program. You just have to make sure you uncheck it before your order is processed.
I've not noticed the box that is automatically checked...there is a link to sign up for things and I just don't click that.
Hope I haven't missed something important...
I doubt it. I just remember ordering and seeing a thing to sign up for and had to uncheck it. This was a while ago so it might have changed by now.
There isn't a box like that anymore. I believe it used to be there, but isn't now.
In the shopping forum, there is a thread about vista print and it has some pictures of what people have made.
This happened to my friend. She noticed it on her credit card bill and called them right away. They removed it without a problem.
I do remember when I ordered last year, that if you were interested in some free stuff to click on a button which I never did.
I placed an order this weekend, and was asked about ordering extra "free" items and did not do that.

If I knew how to post them I would.
Vista Print Creations
I use Photobucket.com. I upload my pics there and it gives me an IMG code that I copy and paste into the message space here.
Hope this helps

I just started using Vista Print this summer. WARNING: EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE!!
I've been perusing the site for almost 40 minutes now! I don't have a teaching position yet so it would be kind of moot to get things printed. I would love to get that pen with my name on it and "Delta Gamma President." I feel like that's narcissistic haha
Leisurej- are those postcards for each student or magnets?
Lynn K. - All of your creations look fantastic!
StudentTeach - I don't have a teaching position yet either, but I've been taking advantage of some of the freebies just to stock up. I've gotten a few pens with my name on them, "Good job!" business cards, "Property of:__" labels, just generic things that I know can be put to use no matter where I work.
.... I broke and ended up ordering stuff for my fraternity
Hey leisure-you may not care about this, but you did post ALL of your personal information, including email and phone number. I'm not going to call you, but there may be some unscrupulous folks out there who might.
Also, I'm not a math teacher, but I was always taught there was no divisibility rule for 7, and that rule for 8 is not always true. I could be wrong?

Hi kcjo13 - thanks for the info about my personal info. I'd not realized that everything was there. I've got that all fixed now, I hope.
The 7 divisibility rule is not usually taught because it's such a pain to do. You can keep repeating it until the new number is small enough to divide by 7.
Example: Is 4578 divisible by 7?
42 is divisible by 7, therefore 4578 is divisible by 7.
The 8 divisibility rule is the one that we teach in algebra. I teach it, but don't drill on it. It takes the kids to long to use it. I mainly focus on the 2,3,4,5,6,and 10.
Thanks for asking.
