I'm not out yet, but I'm looking for flip flops and suntan lotion. I won't think about school supplies until August. Too much summer fun to be had... I've earned it.

I don't expect sales until the end of July at least, but I get my clear plastic boxes from Walmart...they are around .75 each. You can't get cheaper than that I imagine :)

I figured a lot of people are already planning for next year that people would be ready to look for sales.

I'm definitely keeping my eyes out. There's several things that went on our supply list that I don't want, and a few things that I really want that didn't get put on there. I'm hoping to see things slowly peter in so I can have a couple of months to get it (and a couple of paychecks for it to come out of!)

We always start back the first week of August, so about mid-July is when I hit the sales.

I've been looking, but so far there is nothing. They really don't start until about the last week of July. They slowly begin mid july though, but nothing great. I think they should start by mid June, the first semester of college just started last week for summer, however, our high schools dont get out until this coming week. I guess it can wait, for second minimester. I have been out a week already, and I haven't stopped planning. I feel that if I let myself "rest" now, I will have a hard time to get started. Plus, my July looks pretty packed. I get bored easily, I rather keep working.

If you all start hearing about any sales, please post. Have any of you ever tried dollartree.com You can buy those shoe plastic boxes for a dollar, in bulk. If you have a big lots in your area, they have some nice things that are always on sale such as cardstock, planners, markers, etc.

I did the plastic boxes on the dollartree website but I think it came in packs of 48. That is way too many. I need about 12-15 at the most 20.

Czacza, my favorite place to stock up on sunscreen is 5 Below. I can get the large spray type lotion for $5.

It's in our blood. We can't help it. A principal once told me, "Ma'am, all good teachers are pack rats!" That's all I needed to validate my habit! :O)

I am looking out for sales! I have been out a week but am already thinking of next year, what I want to different and/or the same. Today I went to the Salvation Army and they had a book sale, 8 for a $1.00! I bought 40!

I just realized we didn't talk about supply lists at our end of the year meetings. I guess I need to do mine and get it to the P soon!

I haven't gone anywhere, but in my mind, I've noted the things I want to stock up on: glue sticks, folders with brads, highlighters, Expo markers, Scotch tape -- our school provides some at the beginning of the year, but I ran out second semester. I also want a few things for decorating that I'll be on the look out for.
