Working on an application, and I was wondering if I should submit all the letters of recommendation that I have right away? Or should I wait and save some for an interview (if I get one)?

Yes, include them. At least include your to two letters. It would be very nice to have one from an administrator where you did your student teaching.

I actually copy everything they could possibly want together (collated) so I don't have to sort them! I add in a resume and cover letter and I save myself a lot of time!

I don't think my application requested one, but I could be wrong. It's a good idea, couldn't hurt, and definitely could help if they're stellar recommendations. Good luck!

In my opinion, it helps to have them ahead of time. (It certainly wouldn't hurt your application!!)

I would submit all of your letters of recommendation. You want to convince that school and/or district that you would be an excellent asset prior to the interview.

Also, if you are able to then I would also add additional references than requested. The application for my current employer only asked for two, but I included six since there was an option to add more.
