    Hi all!
Yesterday I had what the principal called a "screener" interview. Kind of a get to know you more. I have been in this district for the last year but haven't spent much time in this particular school.
I think it went great and am hoping for a call back for a 2nd interview.

My question is, do I send a thank you letter, or email now after this screener interview?

Hand written thank you note that thanks him for the time and lets him know you are interested in interviewing again.

    It's never a bad idea!

    I vote for handwritten!

I would send a handwritten note! I have only emailed once-when I was afraid the letter wouldn't get there in time b/c I was the last one being interviewed. Sometimes, with the mail, you never know if it may get delayed.

    Good luck!:)

Well I would never do handwritten, but that's because my handwriting is atrocious.

It couldn't hurt to send a quick e-mail or letter saying that you were excited at the prospect of being invited to interview.
