I want to make shape trains with my kids this week, and for the life of me I can not remember how to do it! I keep trying to sketch out the shapes, and my trains just are not looking right. Can anyone remind me what shapes I need and where they are positioned? Such an easy project and yet it's giving me grief. I want each kid to make one individually to take home, not just a piece of a train to put together on the wall. Thanks!

It's been a long time, but I will try to remember how I did those.

    Rectangle, horizontal on the page.
3 circles for wheels, two towards the front, one in back.
a square on the rectangle, lined up with the back of the rec.
2 triangles, one over the square (like a house), one on the front of the rec. as the grill of the train.

I cant remember if we had a smoke stack, I guess you could use a little rectangle for that.

    Hope this helps! =)
