Anyone know of any jobs in Southern California? I live in Santa Clarita, but would be willing to compute as far as Pasadena.

If I were you, I'd start sending my resume to the different directors/principals of the private schools where you're interested in working, and then call them a week later and let them know you're interested.

Where do you seek locations of these schools and principals names? On the internet, let me know the website. I'm listed with a company called CalWest Educators and I attended a job fair at Harvard-Westlake School in Sherman Oaks. Looking for some assistance, please.

You may also want to check the local diocese or archdiocese site and contact the catholic schools on their website. Most catholic schools will run ads in papers.

I just did a lot of google searching based on a specific area and type of private school that I was interested in and then sent out applications (if they had them on their website) and resumes. I had one of those schools call me this week and I have an interview today!
    Best of Luck!

I've used this company to help me find my two private school positions: http://www.carneysandoe.com/ They work in all states and international too.

    Good luck! :)

Do they charge a fee? Is it really worth it? I'm trying to stay in Southern California.

Google the diocese of each major city. (Diocese of San Diego. Diocese of Los Angeles...) You should be able to find a listing of all the Catholic schools within each diocese.

Then google "private schools in ____" for each city.

    Then "religous schools in ____"

I wouldn't pay a fee unless the info wasn't available to me via google.
