Scholastic policy?

    Um, I am an idiot. I was ordering a class set of books. I sent home 2 books orders and it was in both. On one book order, I did not have $20 so I bought a few books from that one. I then used my $20 in free books to get more copies from the other book order. I then used bonus points to complete the set.
    Somehow, I added wrong. I have 36 copies instead of 25. Oops.
    If I call Scholastic, can I send them back and they credit my bonus points? Or, am I stuck with 10 extra copies?
    Any experiences?

    I'm sure they'll take them back and issue a credit. Never had that happen personally but they seem to be understanding when it comes to little things like this. Good luck!

    They are so wonderful, call them, be honest and tell them what happened.

    They will take them back without issues as long as they are not written in/in resaleable condition, even better if it is within a few days of receiving the order.

    Can't tell you exactly what they'd say, but they have always been very nice and helpful when I needed to call.

    Scholastic is awesome! Give them a call and tell them what happened. Then, tell us the results! :)

    They're so nice. Just say you made a mistake and don't need those extra copies. I ordered something once and I just didn't like what I got. They took it back with no problem.
