Our high-stakes testing is coming up at the end of the month. Our Student Council kids wanted to do something for those teachers and decorated those collage pots that we'll plant a little flower in. I want to include a saying that says good luck, don't worry, etc. But am trying to come up with something cute in the "blooming" vein to go along with the gift.

    Any suggestions?

Are these morale boosters directed towards teachers or students?

Why do the students need to boost teachers morale in regards to this?

Some of our teachers migh get a good giggle from that one! You have a great wit!

Bob-we have a Student Council where most of our classes are represented by a student. We were discussing upcoming events at the school-this is a big one for us. Everyone-kids and teachers are very stressed because it's a completely new test, twice as hard with 1/2 the time given to take it. No one knows what to expect. Release tests did not look good. I try to honor the kids requests for activities when they are practical (sometimes their wish is to have all-day recess ;) ).

I actually thought it was a thoughtful gesture and was an easy thing for them to make. We just got stumped on the message part.

It really is a sweet idea and it will probably make the students happy as well!
