This is my 3rd year teaching 3rd grade. My school uses Saxon Math. In the past I've used a bulletin board for the daily Math Meeting. This year I'll have a larger class and less bulletin board space. I'd also like to have students work on math meeting during breakfast in the classroom (this has always been a goal and some students can manage this time well but for others, breakfast takes 30 minutes alone). I'd like to do my math meeting on the Smartboard and am hoping to get some files ready prior to school starting. I was wondering if anyone had tried this with Saxon Math Meeting and if so, would you be willing to share your file? I would appreciate a PM if you'd be willing to share! Thanks
I am teaching 3rd grade for the first time this year. We also use Saxon. I have other teachers telling me that there is not time to do the daily math meeting and teach the lesson. How long does it take you every day to teach daily math meeting and the days lesson?
