I'm looking to add an endorsement and also move up the salary schedule.

If I already have a masters, if I complete a second masters would the credits count as masters +?
In other words, if I go for a second masters that is 30 credits would that move me to "MA +30" if my district has that option?

It should, but read your contract which should delineate what counts toward salary guide movement.

Agreed to the above. I do know of a teacher whose additional credits did not count toward schedule movement.

In my district it would, but definitely check with HR first because every district has different rules. If it were me I'd email your question and describe the specific MA program you plan to pursue. That way you have your answer in writing.
