Ok, I need some help! I kept a form from student teaching (2 years ago) that I have no idea what it's for!

The top says "Rowdy Reading" and only has a number grid (1-100). The 100th square says "Free Space" with a smiley. On the back are blanks numbered 1-100. Again, the 100th blank says "I'm free."

Does anyone have any clue what this is or how to use it? I know I should have written some directions, but I didn't! My cooperating teacher printed it on colored heavy paper.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! I did google it and only found some Rowdy Reading program that I know is not it.

    Thanks!!
