I make banana cupcakes--and ice them with chocolate icing. Yum.

    scmom,

    I was thinking that too.

    My Smoothie recipe:
    1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
    1/2 cup of milk
    1 cup of vanilla yogurt

Put all in the blender and blend.

Never really measure. I just eyeball it!!!

My family makes a really good banana cake with an icing that is made with brown sugar and butter that goes on in liquid form but hardens up when it cools. It is soooooooooooo good!
