Hi all! I'm going to start a reward system in my 8th grade classroom, but I'm caught up on the organization and need tips. I originally imagined using tickets (the kind where you give one to a student and keep the second half) and 32-oz mason jars, but I'm wondering if anyone has options that might be less expensive, easier, and quicker.

    Thanks in advance!

How often do you give tickets? How often for drawings?

If you’re giving out lots of tickets, I’d see it being a PITA to carry around the tickets and make sure the right half got into the right jar.

I don’t do that kind of reward system myself, but the few times we did have to do it, I used the single ticket rolls. All the kids had to do was write their name on the ticket and put it in the box. All classes went into the same box. I still hated it.

I was going to do it at the end of every quarter with a container for each period. I'm not sure how often. It would be helpful to hear what others do.

What kind of reward system do you do? I just want quick and easy. And cheap!

I don’t have a reward system at all.
