Hello,
Where can I find free Mythology Quizzes or any writing topic ideas (for well-known myths)? We analyzed Pandora's Box and an Aboriginal Myth The Rainbow Serpent which I downloaded for listening tasks (you may find those on YouTube). There's also an edition of Fable, Fairy Tale, Myths, Legends Unit by Middle School Mood Swing, but it's not free.

There's The Story Graph activity on ClassroomLiteracyIdeas (I've never used it though):

- Start with action
- Backfil - a quick who and why
- Plot Development - plot and characters slowly unfold
- Gradual Build Up - good vs evil
- Huge Tension - Action sequence or major dilemma
- Action Climax - the moment of glory/the winner
- Character wrap-up - emotional resolution, message or moral

Hi, I think a wholistic assignment regarding myths and legends would be to assign each child a different myth or legend. Then have them fill out a worksheet that defines protagonist, antagonist, climax, moral of the myth or legend, etc. Hope this helps!
