    Hi everyone!

I am representing my third grade team tomorrow on our resources committee. We are being visited by McGraw Hill Wonders and Reading Street sales reps. Our district is looking to purchase a new basal series.

I have a variety of questions to ask from myself and my team, but I was wondering if anyone else has any good questions to ask these sales reps about their products. The resources we choose will likely be a 7-10 year decision, so I'd like to make it a great one!

    Thank you!

Truthfully, if it were me, I'd be more interested in looking through samples, with the sales guys staying out of the way :)

I'd probably ask about correlation with whatever leveling system you're most familiar with, ask about any type of assessment or benchmarking involved, ask about ingrained differentiation options, find out how they build vocabulary, and ask what their vision of a "typical day" using their program would be.
