Does anyone know if I am allowed to request data about how my students did on their math standardized test last year from my previous school? I'm assuming it's a no but I wanted to know...

I wouldn't think you could. It's private student data. I don't think they could give it to you legally.

Are they paper / pencil or digital? Because if the tests were online ( like in my county ) results are sent back either that afternoon or the next day.

I think you could get the overall data for your classes at the least.

My guess is that if you ask to see it in person, you might get a yes. If you want your own copy of it sent to you...I don't like those odds.

My guess would be no way for legal reasons unless you are in the same district.
