I'm anticipating getting RIF'd this year. I love my school and am not too excited about working on my resume.

Is it alright to keep the resume basically the same, just update the bullet points under your newest job? I'll probably send my resume to a few repeat districts, but it worked the first time! So I don't want to change too much, just update it.

Have you not done anything better this year than last year?

Well I was going to keep all of my previous employment and add what I've done as a first year teacher. I just don't want to redo all the opening paragraphs and the formatting.

I think that sounds fine, although I am curious what paragraphs you have on your resume, only because I don't have any on mine.
