Reason for leaving district? help.

ok i don't know where to begin. I lurk more than i post so please bear with me.

My administration changed. I was bullied, harrassed and humiliated almost daily by my administration. Until one day I was placed on a Plan of Improvement. At that point, i realized i did not want to stay in my contract with that school i refused to meet the criteria becuase i was bullied into that situation in the first place...Our contracts last three years, and I couldn't fathom living another school year in hell as I have had in the past year. I am a good teacher with a true passion for my subject.

I resigned in Feburary. I was in a horrible situation and basically cornered with my administration and told that if i did not resign (only given two hours notice), I would be non-renewed. I submitted a letter of resignation based on the advice of my local professional associations lawyer.

Now that I am interviewing for new positions in other districts...Do i tell them that I have been on a plan of improvement before? I did explain it on applications.

I interviewed with a great school today. I really want the job, but i neglected to mention the issues with my last administration for fear of looking unprofessional.
