Really cool free math website for your classroom students- for school and home You can enter your students' first names and set up which level you want them to work on (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Then, they take a practice test to see what they know and don't know. I plan to use it with my intervention kiddos. XtraMath
Me, too! Thanks, Peachy! What a cool site for quick daily practice of basic facts, and so easy to set up! Thanks so much...I just shared the link with our elementary staff!
Make sure they are starting at the right level. When I set my fourth graders up, they were all set up for addition. I had to go through one by one and change them to do the multiplication and division one. I haven't figured out a faster way to do this. That's the only downside that I found.
I came across this site last week, and just wanted to bring this thread back so new eyes could see it. This site is amazing--I love how easy it is to set up, and that it tracks student mastery with detailed reports. It's so cool that it can be run on a classroom computer so easily. I can't believe that it's free! My kiddos started on it today. It will be perfect for during seatwork time in the morning!
